''My hero in my own world"

                Great teachers are the unsung heroes of our lives.More than more educators they don't just dedicate facts and check spelling.They demand the best from their ideas.My Teacher My Hero, because how often do teachers get the recognition they deserve.My TEACHER  is a way to highlight and bring to public attention.
                 I consider myself lucky to have some of the great teachers that i had throughout my academic career.However, that was time ago and technology today. My Teacher My Hero tributes to the people  who gave us knowledge, motivations and wisdom.
                 TEACHERS open windows to the world for their students by giving them the tools and desire to discover their fellow humans.It is trough this discovery that we learn one of the most important lesson in life. We have more in common than we have differences.

"Isulong ang Breastfeeding:Tama sapat at Eksklusibo"

       The Theme for the 2011 Nutrition Month is "Isulong ang Breastfeeding:Tama sapat at Eksklusibo". The theme focuses on key messages to ensure successful breastfeeding practices.The theme supports the DOH campaign on communication for behavioral impact on breastfeeding.
       Breastfeeding is immediate skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby after birth and inittation of breastfeeding within the first hour of life.By encouraging and assuring mothers that little breast milk is enough for the first week and that frequent breastfeeding ensures continuous breastmilk supply to respond to the increasing needs of the baby.By giving only breastmilk and no other liquid to the baby for the six months.Breastmilk has all the water nutrients that the baby needs for the 6 months after which the baby should be given appropriate complementary foods while continuing BREASTFEEDING.

"THE SECOND SONA OF P-NOY 2011"

             The second SONA of President Noynoy Aquino last july 25, 2011, it was held at the house of the Senate.There are lots of politicians and proffesionals attended in this event.Like his Vice President Jejomar Binay, Former Presidents, Chief Justice Renato Corona and our Respective Minister of the Supreme Court and other more. One of his order is "Wang-Wang". This order is a big help to us filipinos in order to make our Country more Progressive.Being the PRESIDENT hoping that he will do everything in his Capacity to uplift the economic situation of the COUNTRY.
